Getting started with Sentry Mode Pro
From store download to a working app on your phone — all sign-in happens in the app only, not on this website.
Get the app
Paid app — download and purchase through the App Store or Google Play.

Download from the store
On iPhone: search «Sentry Mode Pro» in the App Store and tap Get/Buy. On Android: search in Google Play and install.
Use the correct Apple/Google account — the purchase is tied to your store account.

Open the app and sign in with Tesla
On first launch tap “Sign in with Tesla”. You’ll approve in your Tesla account and return to the app automatically.
Use the same Tesla account that owns your vehicle.

Approve Virtual Key in the Tesla app
Open the Tesla app → Security → Manage Keys → approve Sentry Mode Pro.
Without key approval the app can’t read vehicle data or send commands. The app will remind you if it’s missing.

Confirm your vehicle
After sign-in your linked vehicle appears. Make sure the name and VIN are correct.

Allow push notifications
When prompted — tap Allow. You’ll get Aware & Panic alerts in real time, even when the app is closed.
You can change this later in phone Settings → Sentry Mode Pro → Notifications.

Adjust settings (optional)
In the Settings tab: active hours, auto-honk, flash, sensitivity, and parking mode when you don’t need monitoring.

Make sure Sentry Mode is armed in the car
On the home screen you’ll see monitoring status. “Live monitoring” or “Vehicle resting” are both normal when the car is asleep.
No need to pull to refresh. When someone approaches and the car detects an event — you’ll get a push.
You’re set — the app should be working
If you approved Tesla, Virtual Key, and Push — you’re covered. Check that your vehicle appears on the home screen with monitoring status. Drive safe.
Helpful tips
- This website does not offer sign-in — the app only.
- Parking mode: pauses monitoring and API usage when you don’t need alerts.
- If push doesn’t arrive — check active hours in settings and notification permissions on your phone.
- To fully disconnect: log out in the app or request account deletion by email.
