Delete account & data

Use this page to request complete deletion of your Sentry Guard account and associated data — including if you already uninstalled the app.

What we delete

After we verify the request we delete or anonymize:

Account details (email, name, vehicle account id)
Encrypted OAuth tokens
Vehicles, monitoring events, alert history
Settings, push tokens, command logs
Consent records and sessions

How long it takes

Verified deletion in the app or after connecting your vehicle on this page is immediate. Email requests are processed within 90 days, as described in the privacy policy.

Store subscriptions

Deleting your Sentry Guard account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in Apple ID settings or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Delete in the app

Account → Delete account & data → confirm twice.

Delete immediately (connect your vehicle)

Connect the same vehicle account you used in the app. After connecting you can delete the account immediately.
