1. Acceptance

By using sentry-mode-pro.com, Dashboard, API, or mobile app you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

Sentry Mode Pro provides Sentry Mode monitoring via Fleet Telemetry, push alerts, settings, and remote commands (honk, flash) where supported.

Not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Not a replacement for the official Tesla app.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+, own the vehicle or have explicit owner permission, and complete Virtual Key + Fleet Telemetry setup.

4. Vehicle commands

Honk and flash (manual or automatic) are at your sole responsibility. Comply with local noise and traffic laws.

We are not liable for damages from command execution, false alerts, or API/network failures.

5. Alerts accuracy

We aim for fast alerts but Fleet Telemetry may not send every state transition. Do not rely on the Service as your only safety system.

6. Tesla dependency

Service depends on Tesla Fleet API. Tesla may change or discontinue APIs without notice.

7. Disclaimer

Service provided "as is" without warranties. No guarantee of 100% uptime or alert delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Your data

You may manage your data at any time via the app or Dashboard. You may request complete deletion of all account data by emailing support@sentry-mode-pro.com — see our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
