By using sentry-mode-pro.com, Dashboard, API, or mobile app you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Sentry Guard provides vehicle security monitoring, push alerts, settings, and remote commands (honk, flash) where supported.

Independent app. Not a replacement for the official vehicle app. The service relies on the vehicle manufacturer's connected-vehicle API.

You must be 18+, own the vehicle or have explicit owner permission, and complete Virtual Key + Fleet Telemetry setup.

Honk and flash (manual or automatic) are at your sole responsibility. Comply with local noise and traffic laws.

We are not liable for damages from command execution, false alerts, or API/network failures.

We aim for fast alerts but Fleet Telemetry may not send every state transition. Do not rely on the Service as your only safety system.

The service relies on the vehicle manufacturer's connected-vehicle API. The manufacturer may change or discontinue APIs without notice.

Service provided "as is" without warranties. No guarantee of 100% uptime or alert delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You may manage your data at any time via the app or Dashboard. You may request complete deletion of all account data by emailing support@sentry-mode-pro.com — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Real-time monitoring and alerts require an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The monthly product is 29.90 ILS (or the equivalent localized price shown by the store).

On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Unused portions of a paid period are not refunded except where required by law or the store's refund policy. Restore Purchases is available in the app to re-link an existing store subscription to your vehicle account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
